I consulted Dr. Nachiketa Patil at Aastik Ayurveda & Panchakarma Centre, Katraj, Pune through an online consultation from Goa for my digestive health issues.

I was advised Ayurvedic medicines along with Vamana Karma (Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapy). After following the treatment for several days, I experienced significant relief from my digestive problems. I feel lighter, more energetic, and mentally much better.

We came to Aastik Ayurveda Panchkarma Center ( Next to Iskcon NVCC temple ) for the consultation of my wife Heena on 31st July 2026.
Dr. Aditya Soni had a detailed conversation with us asking all the details pertaining to her health and prescribed comprehensive treatment, made us very comfortable.

Heena undergone the full body massage for two days and found really effective… The balancing of tridhatu gave her really felt much more relaxing…. We would like to appreciate excellent treatment by Usha madam!
We are going to have full one week panchkarma treatment  from next week and looking forward to have  continued treatment!

I have visited Aastik ayurvede and panchkarma centre, I was suffering from chronic back pain since 4, years tried all the painkillers physiotherapy and everything possible.
But didn't had any results. Then I came to know about DR ADITYA SONI from freind. And underwent consultation and 15 days basti Karma

Now my pain is all gone I can go to office normally and work. Ride my bike for 6 hours straight. And no spine problem even after 1 month of basti.
